If you are looking for experienced osteopaths in Shrewsbury or Kington, Border Osteopaths provide in-depth treatment to help you get back on track. We treat by encouraging the fullest range of movement of your joints and muscles using articulation, massage and stretching. We set aside an hour for both your first and any subsequent sessions. This means your treatments are unhurried and allow time for explanation and evaluation of progress, as well as showing you exercises or giving other advise to aid your improvement at home and during work.

We have recently merged our clinics in Shrewsbury and Kington (Herefordshire), previously known as 'The Shrewsbury Osteopathic Clinic' and 'Kington Osteopaths', now calling ourselves Border Osteopaths to reflect our wish to offer quality osteopathy though the Welsh borders not only for Shrewsbury and Kington but more widely to Hereford, Leominster, Ludlow, Hay-on-Wye, Llandrindod Wells, Newtown, Welshpool, Bishops Castle, Knighton, Presteigne, Oswestry, Church Stretton, Telford and beyond.

If you're new to osteopathy we hope you will find the site informative. You will find a summary of what to expect on your first visit. Please telephone if you have any further questions. The General Osteopathic Council web pages also provide useful guidelines for patients.  By law, someone calling themselves an osteopath must be registered with the Council.

Our Opening hours

Both our Shrewsbury and Kington clinics are open Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm. We are also open on Saturdays in Kington from 9am to 2pm.  Contact details for both clinics are here.
